Using nor sken Restore CRT facial cream

How should nor sken restore crt facial cream be applied? Where does it fit into my skincare routine?

We always recommend that for best results, you should use nor sken restore crt facial cream on clean, bare skin: this means it should be the first product that touches your skin after cleansing, and you should avoid the use of toner before applying the cream. 

How much should I use?

Apply two pumps of the cream in the morning, and three pumps at night.

Can I use this as an eye cream?

Yes, nor sken restore crt facial cream can be applied to the eye area, and has been formulated for sensitive skin.

How quickly can I see results? 

Our clinical trials revealed strong results within four weeks, and even better results at eight weeks. For best results, use the product as directed.

Can I use this preventatively? 

The active ingredients in nor sken crt facial cream stimulate the production of collagen, fibronectin and elastin to bring your skin to a healthy, youthful state. 

If you wish to use nor sken preventatively, it will be valuable in the long run to maintain your skin’s capacity to restore and rejuvenate itself. Also, keep in mind that nor sken crt facial cream has benefits for the skin beyond reducing the visible signs of ageing: it has been shown to reduce pigmentation and redness, and boost hydration. 

Can I use toner?

We’ve found that some toners can block the absorption of nor sken restore crt facial cream – this is why we recommend applying it to clean, bare skin before you use any other product. After you’ve applied the cream and allowed it to be absorbed by the skin, then you can use a toner if you wish. 

Can I use a face oil as well? 

Yes, after you’ve applied nor sken restore crt facial cream to clean, bare skin.

How long should I wait if I want to layer on other skincare products? 

Five minutes is enough to let nor sken restore crt facial cream penetrate the skin layers at the right level, to do its work. 

If I stop using the cream, will my skin return to its previous state?

No. But the production of collagen, elastin and fibronectin cells will slow down again and the ageing of your skin will resume. 

Will this make my skin peel, or will I be sensitive to the sun after using it? 

Unlike anti-ageing products that contain retinol and can be harsh on skin, nor sken restore crt facial cream is formulated to deliver powerful results while being gentle on the skin, without causing any peeling or sun sensitivity. 

Why can’t I open the bottle?

Our bottles are sealed and provide an airless environment to maintain the integrity of your facial cream. We understand you might want to open the bottle to make use of every last drop, but please rest assured the bottles are designed to deliver a precise supply of one month if you use the recommended amount of two pumps in the morning and three pumps at night. 


Do you ship internationally, and how much does it cost?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping costs will vary according to your country of location, and the rates will be displayed at checkout. 

How long does shipping take?

Order processing and shipping takes three to five working days.

What if I miss my delivery?

A maximum of two delivery attempts are made. The courier will contact you via phone call, text message or email after the first missed delivery to arrange re-delivery. 

Should a re-delivery be required after the second attempt, shipping fees will be paid by the customer.


What payment options are available? accepts payment via major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery. 


How do I track my order? 

Visit your account on the nor sken skincare website and click on order history and details. Here, you can check your order history, the status of your current order and track the delivery. 

I’ve provided the wrong delivery information on my order. What should I do?

Please email us at as soon as possible, and quote your order number so that our team can assist you. You can find this in the order confirmation email that you would have received from us, or by logging into your account and checking your order history and details.

I ordered the wrong quantity. What can I do? 

If the order is yet to be fulfilled, please email us at as soon as possible with your order number and details of the error – we’ll get back to you to help you correct the order. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email that you would have received from us, or by logging into your account and checking your order history and details.

If the order has already been delivered, kindly return products without damaging the tamper-proof seal sticker on the shipping box. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for orders placed in error.

Can I cancel an order?

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.


The tamper-proof seal on the shipping box is broken upon arrival. What should I do?

Do not use the product. Please send an email to within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with a photo. The tamper-proof seal should not be compromised.

When I opened my new bottle, the contents appeared to be expired or spoiled. What should I do?

Please refrain from using it, and send us an email at with the following details:

  • Name
  • Mobile number
  • Order number
  • Product used
  • Details and photo of product issue

Our replacement policy

If your order goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible at and be sure to reference your order number in all communications with our customer service team for faster processing. 

  1. Only products purchased on may be returned for a refund or replacement.
  2. If a package is confirmed as delivered by our logistic partners, but you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
  3. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damage caused to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we will not give a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns?

If you change your mind, your can return your product under the following conditions:

  1. Email with your return request within seven days of receipt.
  2. The tamper-proof seal on the box must not be compromised.
  3. Only products purchased on may be returned for a refund.
  4. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
Do you provide refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact with your order number and request within seven days of receipt of product. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Please note that refunds take up to 14 days, depending on your payment provider and their processing time.
